# Introduction [Sojung Bahng](http://sojungb.com/ "Sojung Bahng")'s practice-based research explores the reflexive dimensions of cinematic virtual reality (VR) within intersubjective contexts beyond empathy. Three cinematic VR projects --
Floating Walk
(360° video),
Anonymous
(interactive mobile VR) and
Sleeping Eyes
(interactive navigable VR) -- are presented, each applying reflexive elements in qualitatively different ways. Each work explores the potential of cinematic VR to elicit embodied reflection. The projects are responses to alienation, disconnection and social isolation; sociocultural issues that invite the audience to engage in self-reflection and consider how they might connect with others. **Here is the link to the virtual exhibition**: http://reflexive-vr.com/ For more information, please visit http://sojungb.com/onlineexhibition/. # Tech Stack The work is implemented using Three.js which is a JavaScript library used to create and display animated 3D graphics in a web browser using WebGL. This exhibition is like a 3D web game that allows visitors to walk and look around, as well as interact with some of the objects, such as speakers and VR headsets, within the scene.
